Welcome two new artists!

Legendary jazz artists KENNY GARRETT and BILLY COBHAM join the family of Tree Lawn Artists!! We are thrilled and honored to welcome both Kenny Garrett, the mercurial saxophonist who has blazed his own inimitable trail for over 25 years now, and drummer Billy Cobham, who redefined jazz drumming when he commanded the scene in the 1970s and whose high-profile associations and unmistakeable work as a leader since then has established him as an icon in the field. Look out for new projects from both artists in the coming months.

Jacky Terrasson rocks Toronto

Tree Lawn wishes to congratulate Jacky Terrasson on the rave reviews he's received following his set at the Toronto Downtown Music Festival. Terrrasson's performance on June 27 at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto, was described as a favorite by Toronto.com, stating "Lifetimes of memories are made up of music that packs this much emotional and intellectual punch". Eliane Elias Releases New Album

Congratulations to Eliane Elias on the release of her new album Light My Fire! The CD, marking her first release on Concord Records, has been recieving great reviews, and debuted in the top 30 jazz album charts on iTunes. Jazz For Japan Benefit

On Monday, April 18, 2010, Tree Lawn's own KARRIN ALLYSON will be performing at Jazz for Japan. This concert will be directly benefiting the Japanese Relief Effort. All of the proceeds from this concert, held at Highline Ballaroom in New York City, will be matched by charity sponsor Direct Relief International.
